Our chapter's second general membership meeting of the 2008-2009 Program Year is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. today at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center. More details to follow - but mark your calendar and plan now to be an active member of the fastest growing chapter is all of AUSA.

Mar. 274th Region Leadership Meets at Fort Polk, LA. Our chapter leadership will travel to Fort Polk to attend AUSA's annnual 4th Region Conference.

May 8Our 2009 Golf Tourney. The date is set. Our 2009 Golf Tourney is set for May 8, 2009 beginning at noon. The location, as in years past, will be the Courses of Clear Creek on Fort Hood. Much more to come; but mark you calendar and plan to be a part of this great, once-a-year event.

May 20Board of Governors Meeting — 5:30 pm.. — 5:30 pm. Our Board of Governors meets today for their fourth Board meeting of the 2008-2009 Program Year. Site - TBA.

June 3Scholarship Awards Luncheon. Again this year, our chapter will be presenting dozens of scholarships to deserving students, some Soldier-members of our chapter and others the sons, daughters, wives or husbands of our Soldier-members. Mark your calendar - more to come!!  Club Hood (formerly known as the Fort Hood Catering and Conference Center or Fort Hood Officers Club.

As part of the exhibition, Leon County Adopt A Unit partners are raffling a deer rifle, with all proceeds going to the 41st Fires Brigade.

We thanked the Chamber, and all others who made the evening such a success.
